We built this house for ourselves—out of a need for silence, light, and closeness to nature.

We designed it so it rotates toward the sun—like a plant. But you can stop it whenever you like.

“Obrotowy Spokój” is only 30 m², but offers boundless views.

With light wood, handcrafted furniture, and a table inlaid with ammonites. A terrace scented by morning coffee and evening wine.

It’s a home that slows you down and stays in your mind.

Who is it for?

For adults who want quiet.

We created this house with two guests in mind. Children, smokers, and pets are not allowed—this is a place for rest, no rush and no stimuli.

If you’re looking for:

The rotating house

“Obrotowy Spokój” is one of Poland’s first houses of this type.

We designed it to harness light not only for ambiance but also for energy.

Its rotating roof with photovoltaics will generate about 30% more electricity than a standard roof. The sun‑warmed walls store heat.

Ultimately, the house is planned to be fully energy‑self‑sufficient.

We crafted the interior ourselves—with precision, care, and joy.

This is a house built with an idea at its core.

Jura views

Bobolice is a small village in the Silesian Voivodeship, known for its majestic castle. But what draws us most is the silence, space, and light.

Nearby you’ll find:

• the castles of Bobolice and Mirow

• Jurassic climbing rocks and hiking trails

• cycling routes and wild paths

• meadows, woods, and local vineyards

If you like wandering without a destination—the path starts just outside the house.

2 adults only; no children, pets, or smoking

Check‑in: 14:00–17:00

Check‑out: by 10:00

Deposit: PLN 1,000 (refundable, paid via bank transfer after booking)

Cancellation policy: 

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival

Availability: 

In spring and autumn (April, May, September), the house may be temporarily unavailable during vineyard maintenance.

We reserve the right to withdraw the offer and refund any prepayments.
